Can a maxillary retention cyst effect the Eustachian tube? I have a large maxillary retention cyst and wonder if it’s irritated my nasopharynx and blocks off my eustschian tube? Thank you!

I have glue ear for years bc of ETD, i had myringotomy and it was very helpful, but now my left grommets start to falling out and i feel glue again.

Dr. after how many months/years does the hearing normally returns to the normal level once you have the tubes placed?? thank you for your reply and time.

It is said that the grommit falls out by itself after some time.

Can you please help me, i live in Ireland and think this is what I have, fluid went into my ear last year and I don't ever recall it coming out, if I squint my eyes now I can feel crackling in my ear, these stupid doctors over here are absolutely no use whatsoever, can you please help me?
