That's the only video that actually helped me to open my fuel flap. All other videos tell you to remove the wheel, remove some plastics, break off the motor part, etc. You just saved me 40 pounds. Cheers.

YOU SAVED MEEE, I’ve been searching for ages looking for someone with a similar car as me and no result until i saw this. It’s happened to me twice now and each time i had to go to the mechanic. Especially as a p platter i had no idea what i was doing and it actually worked. Thank you (I drive a 2006 holden astra ah for reference)

Today I went on petrol station just to realized that I'm not able to open that f.....flap so I have to go back to my home. I thought that I have to strip down all inner panel to get to the flap. Thanks for video mate KZfaq safe my life again ;) and extra work-going back now to petrol station.

How you fix it

you have to pull on the white plastic part at the end of the black cable. When you do you will feel some resistance and hear the wire move. Once this happens the door locking mechanism will release and you will be able to open the door. Good luck.
