Learning to Perfect Block, that's 1 thing Remembering to Perfect Block, that's another Perfect Blocking on reflex alone, now that's a whole new challenge

why is nobody complaining about the fact that you have to start EVERYTHING over when you make a new character this is complete bullshit and everyone should do everything within their power to fix this stupid situation

why do you have to re-unlock characters and everything else every time you make a new characters?

When’s the best time you block in an online battle. I find myself rarely blocking if even at all.

I mean rhymestyle i do it on instinct and it works 75% of the time, should i master it, or focus on perfecting other aspects?

Is there a frame advantage or something for using a just guard? It seems as if the only advantage is to force your enemy to use their stamina in order to avoid getting hit from the small advantage you get from just guarding. It almost seems like it should be more difficult to do, and if you do it to someone they are left in a state where you can punish without them being able to snap vanish out of it.

also my two favorite ultimates would have to be Elegant Blaster (even though the move execution is slow the fact you can warp in a good amount of radius wherever you desire is a good way to sneak on a opponent or keep them on there feet with some good damage if it hits) and my second would have to be Meteor Burst (cause being able to speed up a ultimate that slams hard on damage and not only does it hit twice when it sky rockets but shoots your opponent up in the air and extends there recovery time is just way to good to pass up)

What if goku/vegeta died from old age and the half sayains kept havin babies with humans for years so now we have very very very little saiyan in us and thats why we cant go ssj? and goku was real he just died millions of years ago

I actually call it Parry/Parrying the same name from Street Fighter 3rd Strike since that's what they did first also I did parry like 3 times when someone did that Golden Frieza move on me the one with the infinite of death beams Ultimate Attack and I just kept spamming the block button and I surprised the dude using Swapped Kamehameha

What I dont get about perfect blocks is people do it DURING a combo but when i do it, it never works

Usually you just gotta block after they start to move for their attack. Basically after they press the button. Sucks if they lag tough lol.

You know sometimes I always pause every time so when the enemy attempts to attacks me I unpause it and immediately slam the guard button to perform the perfect guard.

In Tuesday's patch, they need to: Make it where, when you're making a new character all the process for everything is shared. Items, skills, etc. The only though is if you're making a difference race, whatever race you are then you have to go the one of the time rifts for your race. For example, if your first character was a Earthling and you went to Hercules House to unlock your awoken skill, then when you make another race like a Freiza, you have to go to freizas spaceship and do a special quest for him like training to get your golden form. Instead of having to do all of the time rifts again. Or for a Saiyan, you go to Capsule Corp and do a special quest for Vegeta where you fight him in SSJ2 or SSB and you unlock SSJ3. You know what I mean?

Fu sounds like a fun perfect block test. Imagine especially with his unique moveset and abilities

I already did that before you uploaded the video and here I thought I was special figuring out how to practice XD and I also perfect blocked emperor death beam 3 times in a row :) that's what I did, make characters use their ultimates on me and if I fully perfect block all of them 3 times in a row I know I mastered this character and I switch to the next one

I watched this video about a few months ago thinking there was no way i was going to be able to perfect block Frieza's Death Beam. After practing for a solid 10 min i was able to perfect block all of the Death Beams. I have never felt more of a Savage in DBX2. 😂 Also on a side note i did it with my CaC. 😎👍

Perfect Blocking is impossible when you're fighting someone with slow connection. Like when they hit you, the attack is delayed, so when you just normal block. But when you hit them, they somehow get a perfect block

We should get an option to play just with original characters, I'm tired of ssj3 with super ki explosions, bye bye 1 health bar

idk why I just hate perfect blocking it makes people so cocky. Most of those people just sit there let you rush in and spam perfect block until you have no stamina. Then they do there cheap ass combos back up dry, rinse, and repeat.

Hey Rhyme I have a question. what's better or at least the actual stat difference between ssj3 and Super Vegeta 2? I've been trying to figure it out. even though in the Super Vegeta description it states you'll have stronger Ki blast attacks then any other type of ssj. a lot of times when I was trying to test the two out some of the time I couldn't tell much of a difference other then in ssj3 you don't gain ki from battling other then charging. also what's the move everyone is using to warp around a lot? I've yet to find it hahaha, well if you could get back to me whenever possible I'd appreciate it!

you have to develop a sixth sense for perfect blocking. Training Mode won't help because there is still a latency online. Just fight fight fight!

It's annoying when you're fighting with the AI and perfect block them, they will go fo perfect block as well. I've found a way to counter it though with changing the timing of my counter attack after my perfect block.

Hey, I am new to Xenoverse (started playing it for the first time on Friday, got it for PC). I have been trying to learn a lot and such and your videos have been incredible help. The game is fun right now, but there's just so much stuff that's going over my head. I wanted to ask you a simple question. For a melee Frieza race, what stats should I be leveling? I went online and did a lot of research but just from leveling I've noticed Xenoverse 2 gives you much more stats. I am barely 40 and have 150 stats, but I don't know what to level :/.

I am getting absolutely washed online right now haha.. A lot of people seem to have mastered the jacked up erroneous qualities of the online play. I'll be comboing someone and they just start blocking mid-combo, or I'm clearly hitting them for the first 2 or 3 hits and then they're able to just start hitting me. Sometimes we both back up, and then out of nowhere we're doing the fast-paced-clash thing, and one of us has no stamina suddenly. It's pretty frustrating... Even when I do the backdash post-teleport, and go in for a clear punish on their whiffed back-hit, we either get a clash, or the previously mentioned stuff happens, and then eventually they pull off a stamina break, and the match is over.

hi I'm playing on pc and i set it just guard on mouse wheel and it doesn't respond it quickly as it was in Xenoverse 1, so I'm relying on step vanish most of the time but i don't like it to play that way just guard is my "style" can you give me any suggestions??

Blocking in a fight is imposibble. I can not block. It is either to early and the enemy break the block or didnt attack. Or the block come to late and didnt work. Running attacks is the only option in a fight. And teleport.

I almost never block at all. The time-frame is so tiny, it annoys me. Which is why I rather rely on step-vanishes, z-vanishes and the normal teleport-vanish whenever you push the A-button (Xbox Controller) before you get hit.
