So true Ted! Selling is all about the prospect! They are there to find a solution to their problems, for their pain and you can help them find those pain points by asking the right questions at the right time!

Love it. Keeping track of the prospects response, and generally the last few key points in their response is the most important to the prospect. Additionally, this last key point mentioned in their response, is the most important and closer to their pains.
