Is MAPSE value still accurate in heart transplant patients? Or patients with MAC. Love your videos, very insightful🫀🫀🫀

Hello! That's a very good question! I don't work in a cardiac transplant department, however I have done a few and all the values are the same and I haven't seen any difference! I'm guessing because it doesn't exist a separate guideline for this type of patients that is the same and we should use the same normal values.

That's a good idea! ... That measurement is not very reliable but if good to know how to obtain it.
