Jack I am so grateful for you and the other great thinkers of our time I been following you off and on for 12 years, when I was on I always see changes for the best. however I have experienced many set backs when I stopped doing the things that help me the most greatly due to trauma and sure enough everytime I fell out of the grace. I am sticking to what you say to do this time around. I'm dedicating my first hour and last hour of everyday to my goals and dreams. Thing 4 part method helped me so much. I appreciate everything you do. I had a full career in the army & I couldnt dedicate the time I wanted to back then but now I have alot more time. I struggled for years with combat PTSD and other trauma from my military service. It was your principles and others that set me free from the medications that crippled me mentally. I'm on track and hopefully one day I'll be in your circle because i have a story of struggling with PTSD that led to hardships, addiction, and a suicide attempt. I overcame all of this with the spiritual principles I learned from you, bob Proctor, Dr. Dyer, and others. I am at a point in my life where I'm past the financial gain motives and I feel like my life purpose is to help others and that's what I'm going to do. Thank You and God Bless. Robert aka Bobby

Jack, thank you. I first became aware of you when I viewed the movie, The Secret and have admired and followed you ever since. I've been using this video and your 4 part technique to learn to make meditation a daily practice. I recently bought Effortless Success and Your Extraordinary Life Plan, doing one at a time. Really excited to keep transforming myself and realizing my new found goals and dreams! Oh, I also ended up investing in the Paraliminals library ---- game changer! Unplugged my TVs for 30 days so I can better focus too. So far this year I have been working on my health and mindset. Reversed my type 2 diabetes with a ketogenic diet, lowered my blood pressure, came off 5 prescription meds and lost 30 lbs! I feel better at 56 than I have in decades!! No more depression and anxiety. It's never too late to transform yourself and your life! Thank you Mr. Canfield!

Jack is the man! He was the one in the fall of 2014 at the success Symposium on the internet. His talk over those two weeks was the one that I went back to to replay the most. And then I bought the success principles and read it every day for months while I plotted my next moves. Thank you, Jack Canfield for your overarching sincerity. I'm not exactly sure what overarching is but it sounds good. Think archery. And Archie Andrews, the comic book hero.

Dear Jack, thank you very much for your explanation and your guided meditation. I am meditating almost each day since about 1971 and I really can confirm the enormeous positive influence of meditations, especially the guided ones. I also am working with the white and white-golden light which is the light of our souls. On my opinion guided meditations are the best way to improve all situations and all subjects in our lifes! I have did many many sorts of guided meditations but the reason I found this one the best is that it combines letting go, peace of mind, healing and then law of attraction. Because sometimes we all try our best to meditate on our goals but it just doesn't work, sometimes there's peace of mind missing, or maybe healing, or letting go.

I was so relaxed after the meditation. And the healing kind of sensation you mentioned was there when i opened my eye I still felt the white light around me like its shielding me from negative purple light. I hope you understood this my sense of explanation. Thank you ❤

Thank you Jack. First time practice today. I started to giggle halfway through (being the observer) and felt stress move out of my body. At the end (thinking about goal) I was overcome with joy. I can't wait to do this again tomorrow - it felt so good. Thank you again.

Thanks for sharing your mediation tips. I started doing meditation in 2016 and it has been a life saver. I listen to Zen12 each day and a few others. But your 4 step mediation is a good one to remember and I like the light preparation, powerful. I will do this while listening to my Zen12.
