Why not just force the card? much simpler
@skullker1998
@skullker1998 10 жыл бұрын
Zmagic500 This is because some people are just hard nuts, and whenever you try to force a card on them, they catch all your dirty tricks and don't take a force card, this is also a magician fooler if you can pretend you force a card upon them, but actually using another method

Zmagic500 Jarek talks about the force method towards the end of the video. I would always attempt a classic force, and if it fails revert to the key cards.

It's so amazing to see you keep doing magic and stuff. After watching your 2 hour documentary called "Aspire to Inspire" I thought you was going to completely quit magic for Wrestling, which I would still always support you for, but you have been my idle sense I started doing magic. You're still an amazing inspiration to magic. Funny how people idolize others who they will more than likely never see in person. Keep inspiring. Helping others may just be what you're best at after all!

Half the comments aren't even about the video, they're about him making money. Who the fuck cares? People go to work every day, making thousands of dollars, yet when a youtuber makes any money whatsoever, people flip the hell out. They do this for free, if they can make money, why not? It's not like we're required to give them ANYTHING in return, most people don't even rate the video. They have a email to donate to in the description? Wtf is wrong with that?

what you might want to do is to close and respread the deck after the spectator moved the card or ask him to do it in order to debunk the possible theory that you determined the card by other moved cards... just a suggestion

You can also just do the peek where you riffle down the cards and have them say stop, get a pinky break and do a step. Totally covered if you do an overhand shuffle after. Then it's just showtime:)

what I like to do, is I like to find the card, then cut all the cards above it into the bottom of the deck thus putting their card at the top of the deck, after that I like to make it seem like I'm trying to guess there card, for instance, if it's the ace of clubs I'll say: is it black? spectator: "yes." Me: was it a club? Spectator "yes." Me: was it the ace of clubs? spectator: yes!! oh my god!!! and after that I'll slide off the top card (which is theirs) and say: and it has gone to the top of the deck (right after showing it to them) I personally think it's really effective as long as you get the key cut correctly so that they don't realise where you cut it

What if they moved their selected card just right beside the next card? Let's say the selected card is the 5 of diamonds and the card next to it is the 8 of hearts. How do you know which one is their selected card if the audience is trying to be cheeky and just moves the 5 of diamonds above the 8 of hearts?

2 thngs: -at the beginning of the tutorial you said that the deck can have extra cards, and what if there was a duplicate of one of the key cards? -what if the spectator replaces the card between the key cards?

Nice presentation of the effect. although I would not perform this because a method is given away in the performance although it isn't the right method spectators will just think "he just has a good memory" it does not get a good reaction. If you are looking for a trick that gets great reactions I would recommend "ACE by richard Sanders"

I like this video. But there is one thing I found confusing. If you let them shuffle the cards(especially they don't use the riffle shuffle but the other one you showed in the video, I don't really know the name of it). there is small chance that those three cards get separated and many cards get in between the two reference cards or the key card not in between the reference cards. Does that mean you are screwed?

What if they only move the card one up or down, basically swapping two cards next to each other, you wouldn't know which one of the two was moved as it could have been either of them
@kacaku
@kacaku 7 жыл бұрын
What if they tell you just to memorize the card deck without having them to chose a card, but just memorize the whole deck and then they will just move a card from somewhere to somewhere else? This way they will find out that you can not memorize the whole cards.

One suggestion I have is that when you turn back after they have made the switch, square up the cards again, and then repeat the ribbon spread. It takes out the possibility of them thinking that the shifting of the cards gave it away.

To my friends I said they could cut it, I shuffled it that way and then I said: 'You know what would be even more fair? I will spread open the deck and you may choose wherever you place your card in the deck. (while saying it I look for cards between key cards) then I looked away and rest of the trick. That way you be more like a mind reader instead of a genius remembering the cards :-)
