Volevo ringraziarti tantissimo per questa guida! Noto utile anche l'effetto della riduzione disturbo se l'audio ha qualche rumore costante di sottofondo. I wanted to thank you so much for this tutorial! I also find the audio noise reduction effect useful if the recorder voice audio has some constant background noise.

This is a great practical tutorial on the use of compressors, limiters and De essing for you tube videos. I use the same techniques with different tools but the same principles still apply. Thank you so much a great video

I thought this would be a „meh“ episode. Because we (i) want SYNTH and MUSIC. However, this turns out to be gold. SO many cool, yet simple tricks to clean up a YT or any other video. Great content and teaching Claudio!

Thank you for this very detailed demonstration of your workflow in Adobe Premiere! Very helpful for me, especially the gain staging part. Would have love to see more about LUFS in the end of the video, but thats just me :). Hope your new studio is doing well! I really want to see a room tour, as soon as you think its showable to the audience!

I always use the Dynamics, EQ and Compressor for the audio, but I haven't noticed that you put the Hard Limiter on the Master track to enhance, and I can apply it to my latest video. However, I made some other videos in the past and I always check the LUFS Normalizer to fulfill the standard (in this case is -16/-17 LUFS instead or-14 for KZfaq) before to export. But Thank you for the tutorial!

Very usefull as I edit video’s myself too. I use Premiere Elements, it’s quite a bit limited compared to Premiere Pro. could you explain how LUFS measurements works sometime? I try to figure out how create a good dynamic mix for my own music but the interpretation of the LUFS meters needs so demystifying.

Thanks a lot Doctor Mix, very informative video !! It would be nice to know what is your workflow when recording youtube videos, do you record in OBS ? or do you record internally inside your camera memory cards and mount all videos togheter with premiere ? I guess the different camera angles are actioned in post production, but it would be interesting to know how is the video and audio mixing done...

When I pick music from my project folder it's always peaking at 0db (OVER) and it hurts my ears a lot. Does that mean I have my main sequence to quiet, or is it normal for 0db audio to sound really really loud?

Interesting video, Claudio. Do you plan an other one more focused on music only about: how to achieve a good musical mix for a YT diffusion, how to deal with the -14 lufs, how to manage in the mix the available qualities on YT (1080, 720, 360, etc...) ?

You should drop Premiere and go with the big boys. Davinci Resolve. the Farilight audio module kicks premiere's ass. so much better. I know you are used to Premiere.but hey im glad I did :)

As a total novice, this leaves me wondering. At the start of the video, input gains, talking about peaking at -12, to avoid clipping and to keep the voice level rather low, so to let more room for the music. In the end of the Video, it seems to me, the suggestion is exactly the contrary, compressing and adding db, so to make It close to 0. So now, voice and music at the same level, the contrary of what was suggested at the beginning of the video ? Probably i'm getting something wrong.
