@@ayoslimthaproducer4828 once the vocal has a nice mix on it you’ll find you can blend it into the beat much easier. Now you can decide who our you want the vocal based on your personal preference. Some like the vocal on top of the beat while others like the vocal tucked into the beat more. All a personal choice at that point

Autotune EFX3 it’s an older version of the current Autotune EFX

So with the template what do we use on the track before even recording? Or do I do a raw recording then add a bus fx channel? I'm just wondering what a good starting point is. Nothing activted then turn on after recording?

I generally have autotune (if the artists uses that) and some compression on the track when recording vocals. I also can chose to send a little reverb or delay as well if the artist wants to hear some effects while recording. That’s usually all I need while tracking vocals.
