that's really amazing. It bugs me that LEGO didn't take the time to make a proper landing gear and fin. I mean rather than providing us with the speeders; those parts could have been used to make the necessary improvements to the ship. Anyways I guess that's where people like you come in to show LEGO how easy it is to rectify issues like this. Good job man

Thanks dude! Yea, I wish Lego would've made the speeders a separate thing and put more parts into the shuttle itself. I'll keep more mods coming :)

Hey thanks! For the landing gear I’d suggest using a ratchet design like from the Jedi starfighters, that’d be the simplest way although I’m not sure how well it could hold up the weight depending on the type of parts used. If you’d like I can show an example landing gear design on my Instagram page but I hope this helps.

I'm not into the asthetics of your landing gear design but damnn your other mods are perfect, that wing improvement is so simple and works great + the interior still looks excellent after the last mod thanks and subbed =)

Nice mid wing mod, I really wish they would have done something like this originally. Also, they should have done something for the under part of the wings themselves. Also, I wish they would have also done something better for a cockpit design.

Where did you get the parts to mod this set? Especially that sand blue is hard to come by

The sand blue was all from the set. I just swiped the large tiles from one of the wings along with the two larger triangular plates. Surprisingly when the ship’s landed you barely notice they’re gone

The midwing fix is clutch! Are all the parts from a single set or did you order extras?

A couple of them (the larger wedge plates) I pulled off one of the wings but there are a few I had to pull from my collection. It was mostly some smaller parts to finish off the look for the wing and the small wedge plate.

“A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one” :) The larger triangular plates can actually be found on the right wing (when view ing the shuttle from the back). Otherwise all of the sand blue plates were found in the set as well (either on the fin or that same wind). The parts I got from my collection were the smaller triangular plate and the various tiles and elbow plates used.

Just a few, mostly some opposite wedge plates to keep the studs showing. There’s a part list in the description for the exact parts

I’d use Bricklink, they have almost any piece you can imagine 👍 The part lists also have all the specific part id’s too make it easier to find on Bricklink too.

Lego engineers are either have become lazy or brainless... Fans like u can do so much better. Can u do mods for latest at-at head visor and make space for 2 pilots for rogue one at-St? Thank you... I've subbed u.
