Wow this may be the only video that tore down this RC. Thanks for this. Its even harder the DJI.... you'd really have to be bored and a tinkerer to want to do this one.... doesn't seek worth it

You say the first rubber handle came off intact yet there is a small plastic split on the matt at 2:53 in area 30 that wasn't there before you worked on opening the remote. Was the rubber handle actually intact after you opened the remote?
