@@noobpoob3889 I also make free instructions as well, and there are awfully lot of people who are also publishing paid instructions, just check out rebrickable. Creating a MOC or a motorization is fun, working on high quality LEGO-level digital instructions for weeks is really not fun, it is just like work. I think you can understand if someone decides to spend his or her time with work instead of having fun or spending time with family, then it might need some compensation.

@@RacingBrick ok , i understand. But can't you just add into video a few minutes long video how you ,, backwards" unbrick your moc? Its easy and non time consuming. I know that because i also do LEGO videos.

RacingBrick's looks faster and the battery box is hidden. Unbrickme also modified some shaping of the car. Adding another larger motor and controller for the wheelie bar isn't worth it to me. Was on the fence with this set but now I want it.

@@gregm963 honestly I prefer the modified shaping, gives the car more oomph ya know. I mean if you have an extra xl motor lying around then I say yeah modifiying it is definitely worth it! just use the channel switcher on the rc, you don't need necessarily a second controller

i agree i used there pro motors and they have lots of power and the battery pack is cheaper than buwizz and better in some ways

You need to point the remote to the receiver and use the levers to control the motors. The receiver and the remote needs to be set to the same IR channel (there are 4 options).

There are only a few pieces between the Servo motor and the steering rack so there's not much that can go wrong. Remove one of the front wheels and then you should be able to see what's going on there. There's a red gear right in front of the servo, that does not matter in this case. In front of the red gear there's a 3 stud long black connector piece, that should rotate when the servo turns. In front of that you only should have a black gear sitting on the steering rack, that should also turn. If the black 3L connector rotates but the black gear does not then you probably inserted the tan 4L axle on page 66 incorrectly, but you really need to take the build apart to fix it.

@@RacingBrick I don't have the official Lego servo motor, but a Cada Pro one (that returns to center and works well with the IR receiver of 42095). Would that be a problem?

i had the same problem try cada's older servo or just don't steer for too long

You can make the rear suspension lower, just need to ensure the wheels does not touch any body panels

Today my servo broke , it doesn’t return center, I try to clean the sensor pads inside of it but it doesn’t work , do yo now any other technic?

Because I wanted to build the combined mod first, nowadays it's not that easy to get extra parts for a build. BuWizz mod will also come.

This is something that is geared more towards beginners like me. I just built the 42095 that I got as a parts set, and it's only my third Technic set. I'll probably get the servo as well so I can do my own RC MOCs, and it's great to see that it doesn't have to be insanely hard.

I have no idea, but light kits usually don't play well with RC sets as there are a lot of moving parts and the wires are very thin

My main reason is because they are not wide spread yet, and you cannot buy the L and XL motors individually. On the other hand from a control perspective they are more challenging, you either need to use a gamepad with BrickController 2, or you need a huge chunk of code for a fairly simple servo control with calibration and all that stuff.

RacingBrick well, while your points are respected and totally valid, I would say it’s not always necessary to have a custom control layout. For motorizing sets like the one in the video it’s perfectly fine to use either Tog Gear or Offroader profiles.

@@boriscareaway5862 that's possible, but then you need to stick to the exact same motor layout that makes the build more challenging. Just an example, you need to have the same orientation for the Servo, you can't build it in the other way around because then steering would be reversed. Same goes for the XL motors, if you drive train would include a different number of gears, the car might go backwards. And obviously you cannot use extra lights, motors, nothing else.
