I'm back again with another lecture about spiritual things. To be specific I am discussing Steiners 6 basic exercises and how to do them while being a busy Mama or Papa. Essentially mindfulness practices that build the strength and capacity of your spiritual senses.
Right Thinking
Willing
Right Feeling
Positivity
Open Mindedness
Harmony
I wanted to share with you how I am able to do these exercises with my child around. You don't need to remove your self from parenthood to build these soul muscles! The 6 basic exercise are a preparation. They were developed to help one become more decerning about and open to higher spiritual experiences. They also help you become a calmer human being in daily life which is for sure a good thing!
I was going to go into my own motherhood story and my thoughts on the physical invitations women go through but I think that's best left to be its own thing.
