Hey awesome video! It was super helpful. If you're worried about the t-shirt material rolling, you could always cut the fabric twice the height and fold it over. It would make the headband thicker and I think it'd mean it would roll less?

You could probably glue a couple pieces of aluminum on top of each other to make it a little sturdier so it wont get bumpy and wavy but still keep most of the curvability so it'll still curve to your forehead. maybe even be able to indent the village symbol and fill it in with sharpie to make it look kind of engraved

i am making one with metal from an old knife and an old pillowcase that I cut up to get the fabric part and I need to know how to indent the leaf village symbol in the metal and keep the metal on the fabric part without it falling apart like it usually does.

This is actually a really good idea, you can make every headband in naruto. But I did get my headband for 7$ online it bends to the shape of my forehead
