I'm very proud because the houses that I drew in the 2000s have resold several times. That's the thing that tells you if it's a good house. The ease with which you can resell it. People buy big purple houses and get stuck in them and don't know why.

😂 what a ignorant way of thinking. The housing boom from the last decade is a naunced and layered topic. And you point to purple houses?....and believe me. shacks painted in purple are worth 300k in California. Because the land underneath is the premium.
