How to: No Feet, Block Snatch Above Knee | The Best Variation?

Tired of kicking the bar out with your hips? How about bringing your shoulders back too early? Here's an in-depth look at my favorite complex to create more patience and smoothness in your technique.
What: No Feet, Block Snatch Above Knee
Why: To focus on a better connection with the barbell, both above the knee and after contact.
How: Set up the bar on blocks just above the knee, then perform a perfect no feet snatch.
When: Used at any point in a macro cycle, the focus will change based on its emphasis.
My preferences are:
General block
- Main exercise, 4-7 sets, 2-3 reps, 65-85%
Specific block
- Main exercise, 3-6 sets, 1-3 reps, 70-90%
Competition block
- Supportive exercise, 3-5 sets, 1-3 reps, 60-80%

Which one is better to improve your overall snatch, block snatch from the knee or hang snatch from the knee? Don't have access to the block

They are both excellent. If you don't have access to blocks, I would consider putting in a no feet snatch with a pause above the knee. That's similar enough, but still different to help with skill acquisition.
