Some of the things you said I already knew, but there are other things that I just learned thanks to this video. For example, putting a tiny slide note faster, because my stupid self from the past spent a lot of time doing it, putting the note in, making the piano roll bigger and thus being able to make it smaller (because only then can the note be made as small as possible, because if you don't it's like this, it's just going to shrink it by just one click/beat line), but anyways, thanks for the advice!

I would just put the note on C4 (or C3, I’m using fruity slicer, yes I use that) and I select ‘em all then pull C4 to C5 (first note of the chromatic) Anyway your tutorial is very helpful!

You didn't said this but if this doesn't work it means that your chromatic scale might be for example "AEIOU" and the one in the song is "AAEEI" or smth
