No you do not have to have a corrected status. 1:07:26 but it will help. Ron has a 6hr video on you tube, watch it a few times, take notes, get his book. Very good

Hello again I just read yesterday that people who are us citizens can not own land in America only Nationals, that is why everything with land has been changed to tenants.

Not true. The supreme court has settled this issue. You merely need to prove your an owner of Record.

@@mtpocketswoodenickle2637 The Supreme court has yet to settle the issue of the validity of land patents because the authority to tax property came from Congress in 1946 in order to pay the national debt. Therefore, only a few are exempt from paying property taxes and it isn't because they have a land patent. Check your state statutes.

Yes they can tax property but this is land. speak the difference You have land and get your land patent updated and your name

To transfer your land grant you want to Grant to another to collect your money you can hold on to it until you're fully paid off and then forward the land grant to the new owner

My warranty deed in Tennessee reads the same as that Grant you have shown

Tennessee seems to be the same but except all we have here in Tennessee are metes and bounds descriptions. There isn't a section or district described on the warranty deed. It's on the metes and bounds description.

Land patents no longer protect you from property taxes, not since 1946, thanks to Congresss.. Know that, if you are going to invest the time and money in getting one. Don't pay the property taxes and they will confiscate your property at 5 yrs. Some states are more accomodating than others when it comes to property taxes. and your ability to pay them. However, it is a dangerous tax because they can be constantly raised so that they can take your property if you can't pay them.

Hello. I am having a time with performing the Chain of Title. On the original land grant, the property is granted, being that the person who is granted the property is the grantee, correct? I need help and time is of the essence for to get this done. Thank you in advance.

What if you are indeed an heir, but nor you or LIVING relatives knew the deceased because they died before you were born? Do you still qualify for an affidavit?

You can write an affidavit on anything and have it notarized, however, it won't do you any good at no paying property taxes.

Go down to the county recorders office or contact the BLM with your address and property description. A land patent won't protect you from property taxes though.

There is a portion that is incorrect. Once a Patent is Established You NEVER Record a quitclaim .. From this Point Forward You Are Private, You sell In Silver And You Place To Record Your Transfer In The Local Post office or a non-commercial National web site... Postal is Best.. You Never PLACE THE PROPERTY Back into The system... Second, You Can Not Patent Property that You Have a Loan on..... If You Plan on Selling Do Not Get a Patent... Unless You Can Sell For silver and Other Considerations ...
