I suggest doing the maximum level of care for your facility, even if you don't intend on taking each level of care for your facility but you can have options when you decide to take more clients. 2. The recommended size, is to try and get as many licensed beds in your home. I do not recommend starting in a 3 bed 2 bath. The absolute minimum should be a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom. 3. It's recommended to have a in-house doctor who can come to the home and make sure you have staff in the home to be able to be there at all times.

3 rooms is probably not enough. You’ll want at minimum 4 bedrooms. Depending on the regulations where you are, you may be required to zone it.
