I'm getting real tired of playing a game with people who are no better than who I am. I starting to not find myself nervous, but a bit angry as the years pass. Many times I know they are just wasting my time because they already have who they are going to hire.

I know it can be frustrating but I would encourage you to continue pursuing opportunities you are passionate about and qualified for. There is so much behind the scenes that goes on when selecting an administrative candidate. Keep putting your name in the hat sir.
