Puede comprar unos guantes de soldador, de cuero, para poner los leños y no quemarse. Así puede ser que rompa algo de la parte interna de la estufa, tirando los troncos al recargar. saludos.

Hello here, it's seems too close from the wall isn't it ? In France it's 22cm for tube 150mm. And in the Allegro notice you specify to load 1.93Kg of wood every 45mn but you load something like 4Kg in your video. Why ?

It should be distanced about 40 cm from wall. Fuel load results from minimum thermal output and efficiency. Wood have aprox. 4kW / kg so if you want to get 7.2 kW from stove, you need to put about 1.9 kg of wood.

They load too many wood inside, this modele is done for 1.93Kg of wood, not 4Kg... That why the fire is strong like that I think.

@@jeanlbond gracias por su consejo. Este no es el problema. Hemos tenido que pagar a un experto en este tipo de estufas y después de hacerle una rectificación interior, hemos conseguido que funcione con normalidad. Panadero jamás quiso atender a nuestra reclamación, y eso que OFRECEN 5 AÑOS DE GARANTIA, sólo nos contestaban tonterías. Esa es la" seriedad" de la garantía PANADERO. Gracias.

@@mercedescortesvalls5131 I understand your frustration, but if you have read the manual, the fireplace must have an outside air supply to work properly. The air supply pipe is connected to the connection under the firebox. Only then will the air lever function. I have a similar model and it has been working without problems for 3 years. This is also a message to everyone who wants to buy their fireplace, you must have an air supply from the outside for the stove to work properly.
