If you are interested in finding a way to feel an even greater feeling of being alive, even greater than a possible adrenaline rush or addiction or thrill seeking behaviour, but without the unhealthy consequences of chronic adrenaline, then this video is for you.
Also if you want to find out if you are an adrenaline junky or our doing your activities in freedom, this video is for you.
In the short term, an adrenaline rush has no significant impact on our health. But over time it can become highly addictive. And chronically high levels of adrenaline in our body can cause real health problems. When we are an adrenaline junkie, we literally inject ourself chronically with biochemicals like cortisol, which overtime literally knock our body out of balance.
When we are addicted to that adrenaline shot, which makes us feel alive and in the moment to the fullest, it is very hard to stop. It is only logical we will seek more and more dangerous activities, because we will become used to the known ones, which don’t give us the same adrenaline rush anymore.
Do you want to know how you can find out if you are addicted to adrenaline or just doing your activities in freedom? When you stop your activities for a while and you start feeling restless, irritated or angry, you are addicted to adrenaline. On the other hand, if you stop your activities for a while and you stay feeling independently fulfilled and alive to the fullest, you are doing in total freedom.
If you are still watching this video, I presume you are open to find a way that will give you not a short rust of feeling alive, but to find a lasting feeling of being alive to the fullest.Tapping into that lasting feeling of feeling alive to the fullest, is the anti-dote for adrenaline addiction, or thrill seeking addiction. From that liberated base, you can choose your activities in freedom, without being ‘in need’ of them anymore to feel alive.Stopping to inject ourself chronically with adrenaline through an adrenaline addiction, will bring our body back into a healthy balance or homeostasis.
Hi, welcome to this video. My name is Tom, from the ALIVE-ACADEMY.COMAnd in this video we will make visible what the real root cause of adrenaline addiction really is.
Whether it is thrill seeking, chasing intensity, being addicted to risky behaviour,I designed this video to give you perspective and crystal clear clarity in direction towards complete liberation and feeling completely and independently alive.
Only when we know the real cause, why we are chained or addicted, we can heal the root and liberate ourselves from every other symptom like:
* Experiencing a strong urge or craving to participate in a high-risk activity
* Suffering from withdrawal symptoms such as frustration and restlessness when not participating in the activity
* Losing interest in other activities and hobbies
* Continuing to participate in the activity despite negative consequences such as injuries
* Becoming increasingly addicted to the sport or activity with increasing exposure and experience
From the moment we ‘know’ what the real root of the problem is, and solve it, we will be able to STOP being addicted to the adrenaline rush; once and for all.
Enjoy the video!

I recently realized that I was addicted to adreline. This is super exciting because I knew that no one else would think that I had a problem because I appear to be a heroic, high performer, but underneath, I was off balance. Now I understand. Mystery solved!

I've had to learn this story of trauma by bits and pieces over the years, but I've never found it laid out so completely like this before. Well done!

Hi ! Super interesting video ! I personnally have this problem of adrenalineaddiction, but wasn’t exactly sure what was the root of it. Since i really like experiencing feeling with dangerous sports, i often go overboard and gepredise myself. So basically, watching this video not to kill myself stupidly ; ). I understand, but when we want to 'feel' alive, we only have to learn to liberate our own blocked 'feelings' until the only thing left will be the unobstructed feelings of being alive. I suggest watching my 4 free videos about breaking free from the root up @ www.alive-academy.com 🍀👍❤️💎
