One way to get an adrenaline rush: When you are going trick or treating and there's and bucket outside full with candy when you get three candy then there is a lady outside,then you hear the lady,"NO,ONLY TWO CANDY!!"she walks back inside and you take the whole bucket and then the lady yells,"COME OVER HERE RIGHT NOW!!!!!"then the adrenaline starts kicking in,so you run across the neighborhood like Usain Bolt running a 100 something meter dash

Just use a rubber glove mate for god's sake and it will pop opens before you even open your eyes I say that because typical Humans usually tend to close their eyes when they are pushing themselve to their full extent Although it might not be their full extent because in most cases adrenaline won't have kicked in like VTEC in Honda civic cars or nitrous in race cars So if it still does not open after even using a rubber glove then their is a very simple solution to that Just smash it with a hammer it will be torn into pieces And your long lost mission will be accomplished once in for all 😑

I’ve had a adrenaline rush experience, I was 15 and about 70kg (154 pounds), my next door neighbour fell down a hill while he was on his ride on mower, luckily he was no where near the blades and it had a safely shut off system, however he was trapped and I rushed to help him, this mower is over 90kg (198 pounds) keep in mind and I lifted the actual mower up off him and the ground. Afterward I called an ambulance and they helped him out, I tried lifting the mower again the next day and could barely move it

@@realhades9178 yeah if you can pick up 500 pounds then when you have " hysterical strength" you should be able to lift 3 time's more. Also that's just a scientific explaination which they say your brain purposely limits your strength to 1/3 of its potential but others say it's a phenomenon meaning your body can adapt to a threat so that explains why mother's can flip cars over when saving they're babies

I kind of agree with what you say. I also would like to have the human body stronger. However we forget that the body is not designed to work like that for extended periods of time without damage. In my opinion the human body is weak and flawed. I myself would like a bioengineered body improved with tech.

10% from a pistol being fired which is merely a slight scare, i guess it intensifies depending on the bodies pre-conditioning to muscle training and how big a rush you're subjected to, a 22 year old woman lifting a car off her dad is much bigger than a 10% increase in strength but the stakes were alot higher than hearing a pistol being fired into the air

In January of 2020, me and my two brothers were in an ATV accident. My brother’s leg was caught underneath the frame of the ATV. While both of my brothers were still strapped in, I single handedly lifted the entire front end of the ATV. We did the math and estimated that the section I lifted was around 1’200lbs (give or take) due to the engine and all the major components being at the front. At the time, I was 14, standing 6’1, and weighed about 160lbs. Thanks to the power of adrenaline, my brother was able to keep his leg and has perfect function of it today. Adrenaline rushes in situations like that are no joke.

Adrenaline mainly stops your self imposed muscle limit, your brain subconsciously puts a limit on how much of your muscles you can use and with adrenaline that limit is much higher, the limit is also different between people hence why swole dudes can only lift a highish amount and skinny people can lift way more than they look like they can, this also couples with genetics
@Chair991
@Chair991 5 жыл бұрын
The reason why "swole dudes" can only lift a "highish amount" is because they usually train specifically for hypertrophy instead of strength.

Bear just gave the woman two swats with its paw, didn't even try to bite her. If the bear's cubs were around and it perceived the human as threatening, or it just was hungry, you can imagine what would happen to the lady if a polar bear went all out on her.

When we use these rushes to save others or even pets in danger and not ourselves is heroic, that flight or fight for others because we can bond emotionally with other objects is amazing

True. This happened to me too. I was running downhill so fast that I felt like I was barely running and felt as light as possible and then after a few more metres, I just had a hard crashing fall and rolled over quite a few times. Adrenaline and runners high kinda thing I guess.

Never happened to me but once me and my brother were jogging and I have asthma (breathing problem) and I was 12 at the time so after jogging for about 4 minutes he went inside while I stayed and jogged after a few more minutes I noticed I wasn't tired so I picked up speed and I jogged for about an hour before I told my mom that I can't stop running I'm not tired but. It was dark so I went inside and I never was able to do it again

I've sprinted at 20 miles when I realised I was late for school for around 1 minute, and then realised that I'd ripped multiple fibers from their anchor points. The drivers on the roads that day were astonished when they saw a person run as fast as their cars were moving XD

I'm Latté a lot toddlers seem to have extra strength for their body size, when my cousin was 2 she could do perfect chin-ups, most adults I know can barely do chin-ups. They should have toddler olympics lol

I get this in waterpolo sometimes and my vision goes kinda blury, I don't feel the water around me, but at the same time I know exactly where everyone is and I can swim like twice as fast without getting tired. It feels like im seeing in 10 fps but my ability is like 300%. Its such a weird feeling
