What is something you are afraid to do? Take some time to acknowledge that YOU are creating that fear and then try to transform it into something positive. If you need help with positive thinking, try my free guide >> bit.ly/2GezTyB

Jack, you have no idea how GRATEFUL I am for this video!!! My parents (my dad mostly) have made me fear so many things growing up to the point where I've developed severe anxiety just driving my car! It takes so much courage for me to do new things and go to new places. And it created distance between me and my parents. I'm 31 and I'm so scared to do anything on my own!!

Exactly what I needed. I just realized my fear has been to work for someone else/do consulting work and loose traction on my business idea in food & beverage. Since I left NYC/quit job/finished business school & returned to California, I've repeated the mantra "I will not work for someone else ever again." This has literally blocked me - literally cant focus long enough to update my resume. The low bank account has taken what feels like a billions "attention units" to quote you. While I look for seed funding, I've just realized that I've also subconsciously blocked any additional opportunities, additional sources of cash, networking, and additional ways to grow my business. I'm realizing I can have any job I want and empower myself by believing I will still achieve my entrepreneurial dreams - there's no turning back on this dream; it's already in my hand. Thank you, Jack!

I will 'NOT' think about a purple elephant causes us to think exactly about the purple elephant. The subconscious mind needs the exact direction of what I want it to lead me towards. The FOCUS must be on the desired outcome. Imagine what it feels like to have achieved your entrepreneurial dreams. What does your lifestyle look like when you have achieved your dreams. WHO are you spending your time with? Where are you living? The feelings you activate when you imagine your dream fulfilled put you in a successful, joyous, abundant state (a MOOD). Stay in that state and you'll be pulled towards your dream while having the time of your life. Have fun.

Super helpful ideas here. Fear IS the number 1 thing that stops people from moving towards their dreams. I love your work and appreciate all you do to help humanity. Would you consider doing a video on creativity? Might be fun to focus specifically on KZfaq creators like me. anyway, thank you🌻

My life really started to change for the better when I focused on my feedback loop. What does this mean? As results from my efforts came in I acknowledged that for whatever the reason the results were what they were and I created them. If the results are positive, continue with that. If results are negative I take full responsibility. The key turning point for me was to accept that in some way I created that negative result. The next step is to improve your ability to create positive results on a daily basis. Jack Canfield has helped me.

Oh man! Jack you are awesome! I am from Ukraine and we are all really scared - the years of tyranny, wars and suppression from our neighboring countries affected the people's mentality so drastically and now we are so suspicious to others! I will spread your knowledge to better the situation! Come over to take the part in it ;))

I want to write a book and I scare myself by imagining it’ll be a waste of time because no one will read it, let alone publish it.... TO: I want to write a book and I empower myself by imagining it’ll be fun to write for my own enjoyment and kids will love reading the mysteries and adventures my characters will take them on... I also empower myself by imagining a quality publisher publishing my books and seeing them in all the top bookshops.

This was great advice, Jack Canfield. My question is "what if you're in a situation which is more like a catch 22 situation? You know you need the experience to get the work for which you already have achieved a degree, but you need the experience to get the work. Countless times on seeking working in that field, you've encountered people turning you down, or taking you on and letting you go because you don't meet their expectations. What do you do in such situations?
