I’m 54. I turned a platinum grey in my 40’ and my attitude is.This is what god gave me ,so be proud of it and roll with it

I started graying in my late 30s and it really bothered me. It made me feel older than I looked and felt. I began dying it weekly and I looked vibrant again. However, something felt wrong and I didn't feel genuine, so I began letting it grow out and not worry about judgment from others. Surprisingly enough, I still look good and feel confident. The trick is keeping your hair stylish.

You should do something for guys who are not only going grey but are losing their hair as well. Seems like every "style icon" over 40-50 fortunately still has a thick head of hair...

I'm struggling with reowning my grays. Like you, I started graying my hair quite early in life. I didn't start coloring till a few years ago. Now i fear that if i don't keep coloring my hair, people might think I'm older than my age. You gave a very encouraging message. Let's hope that i can shake the fear and embrace the grays again.

Definitely own and embrace the gray but growing your hair out when it's thinning is a BAD idea, my friend. Thinning hair ALWAYS looks better short than long(er).

I started going gray at the age of 15~ or something. I'm 34 now and my hair is almost fully white. I embraced it and I'm very happy with my hair color! 🙂

I'm turning 50 and have dyed my hair since my 30's. In the last year I've been trying to own my gray hair but friends and family says I look so much older. It's made me really me self conscious and I'm so tempted to start dying my hair again. Your video has given my some encouragement. I have to keep thinking that at least I still have hair.

I couldn't agree more. You look smashingly hot with gray hair. I went gray this past year. I think it makes me look more distinguished and sophisticated. My partner is 53 and has never colored his hair but has it styled nicely and also looks sophisticated. Your hair looks awesome.

Earlier in the year I noticed a lot of grey hairs. After watching your video I felt comfortable to go grey. I think it can look really good especially when you style it.

Good advice. My hair started greying very early too and it was always a source of compliments as for you. Now in my 50s i decided to experiment with coloring.

I'm 42. Started greying around 25 years old and more and more faded as time has gone on as it does. I had longer hair for quite awhile. Rocked several different hair styles and had fun with it. I've been cutting my own hair for 20+ years and had compliments throughout those years and people have been surprised to find out I do it myself. Even had a few people ask me to cut their hair which I have declined to do since I know my head and am able to cut by feel. Anyway, I recently took to the clippers, inspired by someone else I saw, and took all my hair off down to a 1/16th guard on top, and blending to skin on the sides and back using zero gapped wahl balding clippers to blend and a foil guard single blade electric razor around the ears and back to the width of the razor and then I use a gillette razor blade corner around the ears to sharpen up the cut on the edges. Very liberating and not too hard to maintain. I use a mirror for lining up the back which I agree is an acquired skill. Sometimes, I'll have my wife line up the back after some of the hair grows in for a week or so. Otherwise, I clean it up by blending from bald again so there is no line to worry about.

I turned 40 this past February. Seeing your video pop up on my feed and my initial reaction was "I'm not over 40 yet"...Well wait a minute! Thanks for you content. I actually have gone through this just recently - changed my hair style over the past 4-5 months and I am embracing my grey. Thanks again!

I’m 41 and my grey level is like yours. We don’t have the same hair. I’m black and I have locs. I own my grey and I get complimented very often as well. Great advice. 💪🏾
