Hei Zach, very simple basing. Just a small MDF base, 40mm x 20mm. Adding some small grit and sand with superglue and/or whote glue, painting it Dryad Bark, sently drybrushing Gorthor Brown with a real small brush and adding flock like Dirt Flock Foundation by Galeforce Nine. I hope that helps.

Do you base them before or after priming?

No, basing is done after painting when i put them on their MDF bases.

Hei there. I already painted a test stripe. Slightly greenish skin. Could be next up for recording a tutorial. Just need to update thirty 28mm zombies i painted back in 2016. Than i can go on to their smaller friends. ;)

I use small sand/grit, paint it brown, drybrush with another brown tone for some color variants and after that i put down some moos/gras down with GaleForeNine Dirt Flock FOundation Flock. It is small enough to fit. ;)
