Very professional process and good prep job. However, I would encourage EVERYONE spraying an oil based enamel or alkyd to wear a proper respirator. Its a good practice even for spraying latex or acrylic paints in an enclosed space - which that shop certainly is. I had my painting foremen on a big mall job (open spaces, plenty of ventilation) who became VERY ILL and was laid up with toxic poisoning for about 6 weeks!! He used the same face sock or fabric covering, one of your guys used. Good PPE keeps everyone healthy and working!

I love your work. Looks amazing. I notice you go barefoot alot while working and that worries me. "I know it is your body and you can do what you want" I get it. Getting all those chemicals in the skin pores/ possibly blood line/ poisoning is not good. Besides taking the chance of running metal or such up into your foot. My husband died from paint and chemicals getting in pores then traveling. He wore a good mask, good ventilation, long pants and long sleeve shirt, boots and put vaseline on face and neck. He thought he was being safe yet it still killed him, and a huge part of me. Your good at what you do. While your doing what you love and it shows / please be aware of what is lurking in the dark that you can't see. Stay safe!!

I just got my skoolie a couple of days ago and have been trying to find a good video on how to do the paint job myself (as I was quoted $7500CAD to have it done professionally....which is how much I paid to BUY the bus, almost)....SO many vloggers have videos with a lot of talk and no action.....THANK YOU for putting out a video with lots of action and not a lot of talk! This is the best video on how to paint a skoolie and I'll be saving it and sharing it for anyone else who needs real help.

Here’s a time saver for you, when washing a bus, rather than hand dry it, use your leaf blower and blow the bus dry. You’re welcome!

Great paint to use some people might say why not use automotive paint . I've built multiple buses when you use this paint you dont have to worry about branches or anything scratching it . Its cheap and you can go to home depot and get it. Who's wants to worry about a paint job when you're going deep into the woods to an awsome spot. Love the video keep up the good work👍

It does look GREAT Isaac. Only criticism I have is the open spaces where you plan to rivet metal to. It would have been better to get them riveted first then sprayed them at the same time to keep out the weather. I found that out on an old trailer I built for storing stock for Sunday Flea Markets my ex used to enjoy.

built my first bus out in 1973, a 5 window 1958 Chevy. Yes lots have changed, you doing this series is a good thin, thank you.
