Now I wanna go paint something. Nothing so satisfying as pulling curved tape lines. A long lead line is the key to successfully pulling those. Short lead makes it harder. 👍👍🇨🇦

My uncle showed me to put the chalk in a old sock with no holes in it. Then you pounded the sock on the paper.

I use a pencil trace the inside of tape flip it over on the other door and scratch over the lines with the pencil and it transfers keeps it straight with no powder to worry about getting under the tape or crucket lines from the spike wheel but I've done it both ways

I have a Problem maybe you can answer it! I have to paint my car I dont have 4 or 5 days to do it so it has to be done over a couple weekends! Its a OMNI product but I cant put clear on it for a couple weeks am I SCREWED on the CLEAR or what should I do I am not a PRO I just do bad work for myself!!

Clear coats always shot within a short time frame usually within 30 minutes of your last color coat, period.

@@brucewayne2773 Thank you but I will be putting base for the stripes on this weekend then lay out and Body paint next so I can then Clear the whole thing then with no issue The Strip paint will be covered the WHOLE time after it is shot

@@CORNDODGER Yes, if you are laying down stripes over the base coat and what not and then clear over the entire paint job . 👍

I would think that a sheet of styrofoam would work great.
