How to paint Ghost flames / Painting method Pearl painting / Motorcycle painting

3 жыл бұрынI was asked to paint by a local customer. His command is to portray his motorcycle like ghost flames.
I painted his bike with a base color of violet pearl powder and overcoated it with black.
This painting method can also be applied to Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Honda motorcycles.

That is so cool. I am brand new to painting. I want to paint my honda shadow exactly like that, but I don't understand what the coat of spray adhesive was for..I have never seen that done before. What does it do?

Im a painter from USA and also do flame jobs Really great video love the color scheme looked very nice when done Only thing i did not understand is when you put coarse compound on it cleaned it then did your flame lay out?

I followed all of your steps the job looks awesome until you put a light or sungun on it . I see white specs. Is that just the way it cures? I sanded the clear and polished. To the eye it is excellent. Can you show your work after the final polish and see if you have any specs? I want my project to look awesome

I’m not sure if this was covered before, but why not do this in the opposite order. Lay down black, mask and apply purple on top? I’m curious if there is an advantage either way.

It's a wax remover. It is to remove sebum. It's a little different from an alcohol cleaner.
