You know when sometime you just have an epiphany about something? I have always struggled with clouds and just you saying not to use too much paint on your brush while creating clouds made me realize that is my problem! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I really feel dumb but sometimes it just takes a small suggestion from a master to make you realize the mistake you are making that makes the big difference in the outcome of your project. Thank you oh master, from your little grasshopper! (I wonder who will understand the master and grasshopper reference. 😂😂. Hint: 🎶 everyone was Kung fu fighting 🎵”).

FYI, Found the large Fillburt brushes at Michael's. Up to 70 or 80. I bought a 40 for $14.90. Excellant tutorial by the way.

I like how you're using a really big brush for the background. I think people struggle with blending partly because they're using a brush which is too small, such that the paint dries up right away. A big brush will deliver more water to the canvas, giving you a lot more time to work.

I can't watch the tutorials with music, I prefer ASMR of paint brush on canvas, and yes thanks for your talk alongside like how u give us lessons to not pick too much colour on brush and it's the thing I struggles with so your helps alot , n it's so satisfying to watch and listen to painting

Thanks! Heavy bodied are much thicker and tend to have more saturation, they can also be thinned if needed. They’re beautiful to work with
