Is it not possible to play music in a Ford Mondeo 2010 through its Sony stero? It's driving me absolutely CRAZY that I can't figure out how to do it. The bluetooth is connected, how can it not be that simple?

if you're stuck on the steering wheel does not have voice on it then you do not have Bluetooth that's why it says mute you have to get a new stalk with voice on it and a Bluetooth module.

When I press the phone button it says "no phone". When I search nearby devices on my phone I can see Ford Audio there. I click that and it asks me for a pin. At this stage no pin pops up on the headunit. I have tried 0000 and 1234 and the actual pin for the radio when you disconnect and reconnect the battery but none of this works. I have tried 100 different things about a thousand times and nothing works.

I've just bought a 2012 Mondeo with the Sony head unit, I can't get my Samsung Galaxy S22 to pair with it. I know it has the bluetooth module as other phones have paired with it in the past, but I can't find Ford Audio in the available devices when I scan with my phone. Any ideas?

Was paired up working fine all of a sudden nothing could not use the hand free,followed the steps on just about every youtube video on this ,press the phone symbol and it reads mute,BT does not show on the screen menu,put the Bluetooth on my phone and it just buffers picks up other devices and keeps buffering.

how do you remove the mute?

I never get the pin code on my screen.
