HOW TO PASS PLAB 1 EXAM IN 3 WEEKS || In-depth Explanation

In this video, I’ll be showing simple & practicable ways to prepare and pass PLAB 1 exam in 3 weeks.
Outline:
1. Essential things about PLAB 1.
2. Study Materials For Plab 1.
3. Study techniques to pass PLAB 1 at a single sitting.
STEPS TO PASS PLAB 1 IN 3 WEEKS;
Week 1 &2:
Study each system summary(16 systems in all) from Sampsonplab note or PLABABLE PER DAY.(morning routine).
Do at least 100 MCQs from 1700MCQ bank and 50 MCQs from passmedicine.
Join a study group to solve hard questions. (Evening routine).
At the end of these 2 weeks, you would’ve covered the 1700 MCQs.
Week 3:
Attend mocks or register to do mocks virtually.
3 to 5 mock exam of 200 MCQs in 3 hrs with review of the questions will put you in the exam mode.
Use the last 2 days to run through the 1700MCQs and review your flashcards and clinchers.
Additional resources:
OHCM, OHCS, OHFP, www.patient.co.uk. NICE Guidelines.
Pass score for PLAB 1 is 62-65% I.e 124-130 score.

Can you tell how you prepared for PLAB 2? How long your prepared for, any course you attended etc? How much of theoretical knowledge do you need for PLAB 2 since in PLAB1 you don’t really study in depth

I graduated in 2016 after which I started lecturing Pathology and Medical Microbiology in a medical school. I have not done my internship yet, will I be allowed to write my PLAB exams since I graduated more than 2 years ago? I schooled and lectured in the Caribbean. Your program is educating

That should not be a problem. you don't need internship to take plab.

I am also doing the research cos I’m planning to take the exam next year , you have 3 years to pass plab 2 after passing plab 1 . Yes IELTS have to be valid but exceptions can be made if they have expired ❤️. Have you written your plab 1 ?

I doubt that. You need GMC registration as an IMG and that's via PLAB
