Why do you have to stay left by default? Wouldn't it be safer to go onto the lane you turned from which is right and then swap lanes once on your right and driving straight?

I think its because left is slow lane.

Assessor doesn’t help you to find a safe option for stop or turn around as you have to make your decision to find a safe option to turn around

Yes we can make a hook turn or u/turn at empty intersection if it’s safe. Regards

You don’t need signal for reversing You just have to signal before stopping Regards
