Thank you for this, Ms. Rea! Ms. Sheina's disclosure of her introversion gives me hope in my incoming training class for I am an introvert as well. I feared that only extroverts thrive in the BPO industry but Ms. Sheina just shattered that. Btw, Ms. Rea, when we were about to take the versant exam onsite, the HR just played your videos about it. I am just glad that you are so influential that companies use your videos to educate BPO applicants.

The one thing that i learned to this collab is that you need to surmount the quality over quantity of your call so you can achieve the qa goals as well as the company policy.

I was rejected twice, I was hurt and I felt less as a person. I'm scared to reapply again so what I do now is to prepare first, I watch vlogs and listen to native speakers so that I can be able to improve my vocabulary and spontaneity. I want to work in a call center industry, for I know that I'll learn a lot from it and imagine meeting great people there, for me it's amazing. Thanks for the both of you. Rovalyn Intal Lesson learned with these 2 brilliant Person are to be active listening for us to understand the customer and respond properly to them, Also, when it comes in empathy, not all the time we have to say sorry if not the company's fault. Lastly, respond concisely and direct to point that way will get lower AHT and on top of that we'll save the time of the customer if they are in a hurry. I think there are more lessons that we have to learn in this video. ☺️☺️ Just to let you know guys I am one of your followers and enjoying your YT videos regarding BPO Industry ☺️

Actually tomorrow is my virtual training in call center and i learned a lot in your conversation on how to pass the QA, the evaluation and the greates method that i learned on how to be fluent is to watching american movies, reading an english book and making the english language as a basic dialect in home. 😊

Never thought that you have collaborated for this content. I am a newbie in bpo industry and my communication skills are not that good. I was told by my trainer to watch podcasts and series because she noticed I speak the english language with stiffness and also I am struggling with comprehension. I remember when I was working as a call centre agent everytime the customer will divert the conversation I had to somehow make away how to go back on my script, otherwise the QA will not take it. It was a bit stressful but love the job though.

Some great advice. Thinking QAs have to realize too that the agent may have a lot of family who do business with the company too. Customer service isn't just something that stops with the external customer.
