Brother, thank you very much for all your vids...I HATE HATE HATE painting so I avoid it as much as possible. I just moved into a place where the landlord let a past tenant paint the place in lieu of rent so as you can imagine its a horrible job. Well in less than an hour I just learned from you what I needed to know. Thanks much!!!

How many times do you touch up the patches with paint before giving the walls a final coat

Good question, if its just before final coat then most times twice, the best time to fill is after sealing the walls but it can be hard to find all the areas that need to be filled, some don't stand out until you apply the first coat. Don't forget to Like, Share and Subscribe.

When patching do we have to leave a thick lay of compound or a thin and go twice?

Anyone who applies it think doesn't care about the final result. When they apply it think it is hard to get it back to a flat finish, I have seen it many times when they paint over it, it shows as a slight lump on the surface.
