Great tutorial and it worked perfectly for me. This is by far the easiest way to skin peppers. Such a time saver to get rid of the seeds and cut into quarters. Thank you so much.

Thanks, making a salad in the morning for a day by the river. The tomatoes and beans can be added in the morning but I woke in fear - ah capsicums need roasting. So thanks and I'll get back to bed sometime after this.

Hello Marsha, thank you. I'm in PA. Our garden is slowly winding down, we just pulled all of the peppers yesterday, still have some broccoli, hoping to do some recipe video with broccoli in near future.

Hello! I'd love to know what variety peppers you're growing. I'm in PA also, and find it hard to grow bell peppers that have enough time to turn red!
