Thanks for the video!❤❤ Im actually here because im starting a new 'lectin free diet. My beloved peppers have lectins in the skin. I dont think ill be able to give them up raw anytime soon.

@@jenab8884 You're SO right about lectins! Lectins cause LEAKY GUT syndrome which is quite serious. Same goes for tomato skin & seeds.
