so you're just doing your own nails at home I guess, since you're not a nail tech ?? I'm only asking because over here in Germany you wouldn't be allowed to do it as a professional unless you went to a nail school and have proof that you did

If you are only doing your own nails, friends and family you don’t need to be a licensed nail tech. If you are working at a salon or have a business at home that you charge money yes you need to be licensed, but with covid a lot of us are self taught and do it as a hobby🤷‍♀️ it’s my new hobby and love it, I’ve learned so much from Greg and other YN videos.. love them 😍

Update! My cuticle area still isn’t perfect, but, it’s SO much better, and no ledge this time! Having a wetter bead is absolutely crucial to getting it right. I just have to get the right size acrylic brush now, because my #12 and my brush that came with the crappy Kiss acrylic are a real struggle to work with.

Greg is my favorite hands down. Trying to find a way to just lump your video back to back. I'm a visual person so the drawings are perfect. On a real nail make sure the product is only on the nail not touching the skin if it touches the skin it will lift so push back like he said just up to the cuticle if there's a teeny space between that is fine

Great video thanks for showing! I describe the cuticle like a play slide,you wouldn't want your clothes catching or snagging while sliding down a slide and that's exactly how your cuticle should be.

So funny, my husbands name is also Greg!!! I have been binge watching all of your videos. I am trying to learn, learn, learn!! Everyone I run into lives my nails and wants me to do theirs but I’m still scared to do others because I’m a beginner. I don’t want people to pay me, I mess up and then they never come back or come back tripping on me. But it’s so many that ask me daily. Ugh. I do love doing it though and it’s the reason I’m learning so that I can eventually do others nails.
