There are many different terms for GPS approaches which are rather confusing (RNP/RNAV/GNSS/IAN) but they all come down to the fact that they are GPS approaches. This video shows you how to perform such GPS approach using the IAN function of the Boeing 737NG.
The IAN function lets the pilot use the Approach mode of the autopilot to fly an "artificial" ILS approach which creates a flight plath calculated using LNAV and VNAV data from the FMS. HOWEVER, you could also just perform the GPS approach by flying using LNAV and VNAV modes!
