Opportunity 1 on your video is a strength; opportunity 2 is either strength (they have a strong marketing team) or an opportunity (demand in a market for their services exist). But the way it is presented here, it is not clear what exactly do they mean by this factor. Opportunities are factors in the external environment, which a company (especially such a small company as on the SWOT) does not control. They cannot control the demand (hence, opportunity, comes from external industry environment). They definitely control their position within a niche (hence, strength). Opportunities are factors coming either from PESTEL or Porter's Five Forces. Both threats are competition threats (one is competitive pressure currently in the industry, another is the threat of new entrants).

It's important to remember that strengths are from the customers perspective and have to allow you do DO something. Consider something like this video kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aqqEqKygsqzHpoU.html since something like "reputation in the market place" may not be relevant at all.
