I figured out most of this one by watching it the first time. The front of the trunk turned backwards was a giveaway to conceal the girl never getting in the trunk and crawling under the platform. And I noticed the see through triangle platform was no longer see through. I was not expecting the appearance of girl number two.

I think there was an opening in the trunk in the back and she crawled out into the triangle thing and when the magician raised the sheet she just came out and stood there.
