Perun V2 Optical Mosfet. Is it any good?
This is the airsoft AEG I won in the Airsoft Gi Clout Machine 420 Giveaway.
You know me, I can not keep anything stock. In this video you will see what went into this build and you will also learn more about the new and popular mosfet by Perun Airsoft… the V2 Optical.
This mosfet uses light sensors to analyze your entire system. No need for a cut off lever, or your traditional trigger contacts.
Optical mosfets allow for a butter smooth trigger.
Drop in unit, install selector plate sticker, apply the gearbox external stickers and you are good to go.
If you unlock the Easter egg, you have to unplug the battery, then reconnect to resume normal usage.

I have this one had zero problems installing and programing it in my g&g416 and its smooth even with stock gears and added g&g 25k motor

I think there is an easier way to turn off pre cocking😁 after normal use, on semi pull and hold the trigger untill it beeps then pull the trigger, pre cocking should be off🤗

Kwa 2.5 gearboxes don’t work with perun’s

I just got my gun back from the techs and they installed a prerun and all its doing is beeping once and then there is a green light?

Check to see if the motor connector popped off the motor tab. Powering up without connection to motor renders you into program mode

Which would be better for faster semi? Binary or pre cocking?

Pre cocking. Pre cocking is instant trigger response. Binary is good but it will work your motor more. I reccomend pre cock. Your trigger response will be nuts. I always reccomend a higher torque motor when upgrading to optical. With optical the trigger is butter so you can shoot so fast. But if you have a higher torque motor it will compliment your trigger response

Very old set up this Aeg is compleatly different now but m110 or m120 spring in this video. The stock spring and it was shooting 360 FPS

How to adjust trigger sentivity?

When you install it that’s literally the first thing you have to do. You plug the battery in and out the selector in auto . . Pull the trigger gradually untill you feel the motor vibrating. Once vibrating that’s the area where the mosfet with set your trigger pull. So if you hold it at the beginning where you first feel the vibration , that’s the most sensitive .. or you can keep pulling and and hold the trigger more ressesed for a longer trigger pull switch to semi then program the same way Just pull the trigger and if you want a hairline trigger just hold the trigger in place the second you feel the vibration for 2 seconds and it remembers it. Or you can re program by going to setting 12. It’s much easier than you think. I can make a video on it

They did a dirty job on the aoe correction on the second & third tooth it's always important that before glueing you rack in that you do your filing or dremel work before hand so you can make it clean. One thing that I've always appreciated as a tech is doing clean work and having things look fresh you know even though they're inside of a gearbox and they're going to get you know abused it's always nice to have a clean workspace you know cleaning everything as you go using the right lubricants and techniques but we also got to realize that that was a giveaway gun so I don't expect it to be you know the highest of quality I mean yes fully functional I just I don't like The butchery that you see on the piston if you look at the real deal the way your second tooth is completely removed and your third one is on a angle and sometimes just a hair off the top of the third angled cut if that makes any sense that's what I do with mine I use a flat file just take your time and do it clean.
