It’s just the term for picking up acrylic in its correct way which forms a type of circle.

When you use acrylic, there is this liquid (monomer) you dip your brush into before putting in the powder to make a bead. It's just a term used when it gets to the dot thing, usually for making nails :)

If you tap it like she did or drag across the acrylic, the beads are gonna have a different curing time. Just leave the brush dipped for a second until you've collected the right size bead
