Thanks for the video Melanie! What is your advice if both of your first two coaches are discount coaches (e.g. my husband and my dad) any thoughts on where to place them? I would like one on each leg to achieve Emerald status. I want what's best for my husband from a business perspective - even though he doesn't plan to work the business. Thanks!

Hi Melanie when you say to put your friend on your week leg place them there...then you say to move to the strong leg. Am I listening to that correctly? You don't leave them on your left leg?

So I just signed on my First Coach yesterday! She is ready to build the business!So then do I put her on my weak leg? My uplines left leg is the strongest and I am placed on the left leg! Thank You ;)

Hi Melanie! I have been a coach for 14 months and just became Diamond. I have never had any coaches place under me from above. I think it has to do with where my coach placed me but still not sure about the whole thing. Anyway I have always flipped flop back and forth between my left and right outer legs to make them equal so that I could get to diamond. I've played a little with it as well depending on who I thought would run with the business and those that decide to be just discounts. So here I am finally diamond. My question is would I ever concentrate more on one leg verses the other. Not even sure I can say I have a strong and week leg because sometimes one leg is my strong and sometimes the other leg is. How does someone in my position deal with this? Thanks and I hope I didn't confuse you to much. Theresa

how would it work if your upline coach doesn't work the business anymore? how does that affect you when building a team/earning cycle bonus ?

Hi Melanie!! Thanks for the video. I didn't know what I was doing and I was so excited that I signed up my husband to be a coach...but he is on my strong leg. By the time that I realized it, it was too late to change. Are there any positives to this mistake?

I just signed up my first coach and didn't know that I had 5 days to place them! My first coach was automatically placed on my strong leg! She is a go getter and wants to take this business to the top! Am I totally screwed? Should I add 2 discount coaches to my weak leg now?

Thanks for this video. Super helpful. I am a new emerald coach with 5 personally sponsored coaches below me. I was told by my upline that my right leg is my strong leg, but she hasn't placed any coaches there yet. So I guess my question is...right now I am just going back and forth left and right on my legs because she isn't adding anything to make my strong let actually strong. So should I just keep doing that until she does or should I really put my discount coaches on my strong leg and the coaches who want to really work it on my weak?

Hi Melanie I am not Emerald coach yet. Although I will probably be one at the end of the week. I already have 12 non ps coaches on my right leg. Apparently thats my strong leg. It seems I can moved them. Why would I want to move them and will it affect the coaches above them?
