CHATGPT SCRIPTS
PART1:
“Hello, I am a crochet artist who selling handmade plushies. I am planning an inventory for a handmade market on July 12. I plan to have made at least 250 plushies for this market. I have 4 different item groups, ranging from A to D depending on how long an item in that group takes.
A is for plushies that take 30 minutes to make
B is for plushies that take 1 hours to make
C is for plushies that take 3 hours to make
D is for plushies that take 5 hours to make
I would like to spend an even amount of time on each group when making these plushies. Can you let me know the total amount of plushies I will make for each group.”
PART 2:
"Can you do these calculations again but make sure there are a minimum of 40 plushies in both Tier C and Tier D. "
Market Planner Formulas:
Formula 1:
=CELL1*CELL2
This gives you the number of two cells multiplied together
Formula 2:
=SUMIF(range, "critereon", range)
This calculates a sum of totals based
on a criteria from another range.
Formula 3:
=SUM(CELL1:CELL2)
This gives you the total sum of numbers in a range.
Also to note:
The '$' symbol is used to lock a value. It can you used on both letters and numbers in a formula.

Love this formula sheet thank you! I don't make plushies but a mixture of crochet accessories and garments and macrame decor so trying to figure out how to categorise my items to prepare for my first market! Thank you for making this video.

I think if you group the items into a way that’s categorized by times then you should be able to figure it out! Group A - Large macrame Group B - Small Macrame Group C - Crochet accessories Group D - Large crochet garments Group E - Small crochet garments Just as a guess! ❤ One part I didn’t include is when you go back to ChatGPT and ask how much I should be crocheting each day to reach this goal 😎 (Which I got told 4 hours a day) so we’re trying our best! 😂
