Good to hear the 'Monday's free' thing! I realized this last year and it's the best. Now I think of Mondays like Sundays (as in free to work on whatever). Living in Asia while running a US company its even easier as US people don't wake up til my Monday night so there's not even potential meetings/messages, so it works easy... But this was good to hear that you're making that work while being in US timezone (as most typical people would think Mondays should be busy and maybe take Fridays off instead).

SHOUTOUT to you Matt. You're definitely a gem. Being 16 years old you've really helped me develop a sense of optimization when it comes to growth in my life. I've always needed a schedule so I could have a clear idea of when I should work on the important tasks. And this was quick, simple, effective and useful. Naw. Appreciate the passion and detailed planning, but spreadsheets are difficult to use on mobile platforms and having to scroll through five different tabs to plan out your is a bit much. But good luck with it.

how do you keep your weight by only eating once per day plus drinking a smoothie? I have to eat at least 3x a day, to not loose any muscle or weight

haha it's kind of hard to get the calories with only veggies, meat and a little bit of carbs. No supplements or powder. Any tips, what does your diet look like?@@realmattgray

Honestly as a PhD student on the lookouts for buisness strategy advice, I found this video usuless, it's the same basic advice of do yoga, exercice, sleep early, deep work;... it's great that you are making money out of monetized content which also gives your compagnies visibility to sell your products. But when giving inspiration, well... be inspirational. im not subscribing as I find most your advice is not applicable. Discipline is built not through a single unified path but through finding the difficult actions which are the most beneficial in each person's unique life schedule / struggles...
