Oh Paul you’ve done it again. Watching your Keyper how to play got me buying a copy of the base game. Now the temptation to back Keyper at Sea is brewing. Hats off to another well made video! Well done :)

I'm eagerly awaiting my copy of Keyper at Sea and this teach will help me get started quickly when it arrives. I'm going to have to watch it a few times to get my head around Deep Sea, it looks like it'll take at least one game to work out the intricacies of that one. Thank you for the video.

I think I need a Let's Play for the Deep Water stuff. But the Shallow Water stuff is already pretty interesting and might be enough for me to get the expansion. Plus all the solo stuff :-)

OH my I feel like I just learned a new language... Did Vital Lacerda design this expansion haha!? So many additional rules and it's not like Keyper was light to begin with!

I was doing just fine in the shallow water, then as soon as I dipped my toe in the deep end I feared drowning! Wow, that part is complicated!! Still, I'm a glutton for punishment so if I ever get my hands on this expansion I will happily dive in.

So...if you could only buy/own one which one would it be? This or Keyflower?

For me, this. I absolutely love the folding boards, the color matching getting you more actions, the joining getting you more actions and another person actions out of their turns, the lay downs, the claiming a board as the way to get your keyples for the next season. It's the most original worker placement game I know. I played Keyflower once in 2014 and while it was good, I never quite felt the need to own it. I bought Keyper as soon as it was available after seeing Paul's video of it before it was available in the US. This expansion just adds more possibility to an already pretty full game.

FYI, the kickstarter copies have started arriving in Europe and the boat was set to arrive in US yesterday. So I imagine you should check with retailers or look online for available copies now.
