Today you've made me a happy man, and not for the first time! Now I can play re2/3, survivor, dino crisis and so much more, where and whenever I want, HOLY SHIT!!! That cover art and theme guide was so cool to customize now everytime I boot them up you see the original RE box art as icon but with the remake themes as a background!!!!!!!!! So Dope. quick and easy process. awesome! when i first did it, it told me the copyright was invalid or something and I couldn't play it. but if you have the 6.60 CFW, do a"fast recovery". I had to delete my PS1 game, do a fast recovery, and then load it up onto my psp and it showed up this time.

Man thank you! I didnt know we could play ps1 games on psp. It works and game play is really smooth. Would be nice if it was full screen because right now it not just there is black space.

never mind, found out i can just press home > other settings > screen mode = fullscreen. This is really good ^_^

Nice video. How about the old save data from ps1 emulator on PC? Can we move it to psp?

There's another program to do it too called RS GUI 3.0 and you can use any PS1 image file Ccd .img, bin cue iso cue You can take jpeg pictures of the manual or a hint or guide book make a document DAT file and put them in there so you can pause your game and look at the guide book or handbook while you're playing the game

Great if people want their favorite obscure game. But just putting it out there that CDROMANCE has a lot of popular ps1 game eboots up read to just download and drag into your memory. I recently dusted off my psp and just used that site for ps1 games.

I dont understand why im having issues, ive tried every conversion program they all end up having errors OR once it does get converted i just get a black screen i read its due to PRO cfw so i tried lme with no luck, i tried popsloader all different versions

And there are emulators which are called signed emulators and you can look those up on Google search those emulators are able to play on regular firmware no custom firmware needed emulators like Nintendo Super Nintendo Etc will play on a stock PSP so if all you want to do is play Nintendo or Super Nintendo you don't have to modify your system even though it only takes less than 5 minutes to 10 minutes to do it just putting that out there

on your original video of how to jailbreak, your game folder had a bunch of stuff in it like maker and flasher. Why is it only 1 game is in it in this video?

Idk what it is that happened but I did this whole method (yes my psp has been modded.) But when I also followed the psp ISO download video that you also have up on your channel, My psp bugged out now when I attempt to open a ps1 game it wont open and proceed to forget the memory stick inside. I completely understand that this video is a bit old but if you could help me out that would be fantastic :)

Follow up every time I turn off my psp and turn it back on the memory stick is available , It honestly feels like just bad luck especially for someone who isn't as tech savvy like myself... PLZ SOMEONE COME TO MY RESCUE :'(

Is it the same process for games with multiple discs? when I try to convert the FF7 disc 2 .bin to PBP, it gives me the same game file as disc 1. So I'm at quite a loss on what to do. Most if not all of the videos I've seen are done with games that don't have multiple discs so any advice will help!

Didn't work for me unfortunately, the psp says the data is corrupted. But it shows retroarch so no idea what has happened.

Hey, probably not going to see this but might as well ask. Followed this to the letter and everything seemed to work fine, except when I go to play the PS1 game all I get is a black screen. I have to reboot the PSP to get it back to normal, is there some reason that this process wouldn't work?

@@abodieqwerty4678 No, when selecting iso/pbp files you have a drop down menu on the converter, disc 1 to slod 1. Disc 2 to slot 2. , if it doesn't work and for me it didn't (I was unable to select disc2) I used classic mode instead of theme mode
