Namaste keerthisiri, yeas we can plat the bowls in two ways, Touching it and fallow the sound till the end. and another way making it to circling. both have its own benefits upon us. The secret is our mind should settle down with the sound, not to wobble here & there. I shared in this another video how to circling also. I don't know if mine is man made or machine, but the vibrations don't last any longer then 10 seconds. Does that mean it's no good? I don't want to bring myself any energy other then light. It's a shame because it wasn't cheap. 😔

Hi @crystal, is it possible that you're not holding it correctly, so it doesn't vibrate enough? There are some videos explaining how to hold it in your hand. Or you could place it on a special meditation cushion. Hope you find out what works and you'll be able to enjoy it.
