I bought it from McLeodganj. It is veryyy peaceful. There are few things I want to add on.. 1. You'll have to concentrate deeply while doing and keep your eyes closed. 2. That wooden stick needs to be revolved around the singing bowl with constant motion only. Then only single tune will be produced rather than multiple tunes. 3. You've to enchant "om" in your mind while playing it.

मैं योग से जुड़ी हुई हूं, इसलिए इस सुकून को बहुत अच्छे से समझ सकती हूं। आपके एक सेशन में मैने आपको ये प्ले करते देखा था तब से इच्छा थी कि मैं इसे अपनी योग यात्रा में शामिल करूंगी। ऐसे ही एक योग यात्रा के लिए हम ऋषिकेश गए और वही के एक स्टोर पे मैने इसे देखा और यकीन मानिए बिना एक पल भी रुके मैं सीधे स्टोर के भीतर क्यों कि मेरी खुशी का ठिकाना नही था काफी समय से मैं इस सुकून को ढूंढ रही थी 3 से 4 बार प्रेक्टिस किया और एक प्यारा सा bowl मैं अपने साथ ले आई। आज मैं इसे अपनी सभी क्लाइंट्स के साथ प्रेक्टिस करती हूं अपने मेडिटेशन सेशन में इसका इस्तेमाल करती हूं और इसका साउंड सभी को बहुत पसंद आता है , ये थी मेरी singing bowlstory... thanks to u vashhhhh.. 😍

My sister bought me one from Sikkim! For initial 2days I was unable to play it! But this morning when I tried it! O my god! Suddenly I feel so calm, relaxed and happy for no reason! And Once I learnt, I don't want to stop playing it! It actually soothes Your soul! I have been in a lot of negativity lately, But Now it feels like this bowl is the cure!

Hi arun pacherwal .......just want to ask a question....Hope u answer......I bought singing bowl from manali and similarly found very peacefull......but after some time my sister started it to use as ring (DHANTI that we use in hindu mandir by striking wooden bar to side of it and it would produce sound).........but suddenly on its on there started coming weried sound from it.

Sir im in a serious relationship But now her sister is back home for a few days don't know how many days. Had attended one YAGNA at one reiki master. During chanting he had used it once. It was in my bucket list to have one. Next month only I was to travel Himachal. And to my surprise it was there in market. After learning from shop keepers I bought one for me. It's so soothing. BUT STILL I TRIED MANY TIMES BUT WITH WATER I AM UNABLE TO HAVE THE RESULT. I MEAN IT'S NOT ENERGISING WATER FILLED IN IT . IF YOU CAN GUIDE WILL BE VERY HELPFUL. THANK YOU.
